How Can Service Providers Partner with SaaShr?
Hosted Solution:
Under our more common software access agreement, both you and your customers gain access to the appropriate applications within a secure hosting environment managed by the SaaShr team. We take care of all necessary software, hardware, and connectivity so that your team can focus on gaining new customers and growing your business. For those organizations that do not have available resources to provide first tier support, alternative arrangements can be explored.
Software License:
Given certain business expertise and/or transactional volume, a site license may be a preferred option. For instance, you may already have managed services, a co-location, or other cloud-based vendor relationships in place, and through a traditional site license, want to allow customers to access the software in a multi-tenant environment. In this option, we would remain responsible for developing software and providing necessary software updates, while your organization would manage the hosting environment where the software resides and provide configuration, training, and support services to customers.
