Payrolls Plus Partners with SaaShr.com to Facilitate Mobile Data Collection
BRANCHBURG, N.J. - December 28, 2010 - SaaShr.com (www.SaaShr.com), a leading provider of Software as a Service (SaaS) with a major push in Workforce Management Applications, has added Payrolls Plus, a payroll service bureau based in Florida, to its growing list of partners. Payrolls Plus partnered with SaaShr.com to offer a time and labor management application that enables its clients to accurately track the time and attendance of employees working remotely.
Telephony, a method of data collection for time and labor management applications that allows users to clock in using a landline or mobile phone, was one of the most attractive options to collect time for Payrolls Plus and its clients. "We have a lot of clients that employ a workforce that operates outside the internal offices, which creates a need for a non-traditional data collection device," said Mindy Jennings, Chief Operating Officer at Payrolls Plus. "The use of telephony and other offsite data collection devices provided by SaaShr.com will increase the accuracy in which our clients collect time for these mobile workforces."
SaaShr.com's time and labor management application can be configured to allow users to clock in using any landline or mobile phone. A user can also be restricted to call from a specific phone number, or list of phone numbers. This feature is helpful to ensure that a user clocks in to a specific location at a specific time. Once a user clocks in using telephony, this data is transferred to the online application in real-time.
Payrolls Plus works with a number of clients that have the need for remote data collection. So, the organization sought after a partner that would be able to provide a variety of different data collection options.
