Total Payroll Services, Inc. has been selling time and attendance solutions for about 12 years, and went through five vendors before finding SaaS.com. Previous vendors the organization partnered with provided solutions that were sufficiently simple to use, but Kathy Bisonic, President of Total Payroll Services, Inc., found that adopting a simpler solution meant sacrificing flexibility and configurability. "Our previous vendors satisfied the needs of our smaller clients, but there was a void between their needs and the needs of our medium size clients that we were not able to meet," Bisonic explained. "We realized we needed to move to a more web-based environment, away from old fashioned time and attendance, in order to satisfy the middle market."

There was no other solution for us outside of switching vendors again, which is the ultimate factor that drove us to SaaS.com."
