Partner Programs

We partner with leading providers of Payroll and Human Resources services to deliver a comprehensive suite of workforce management solutions to small and mid-sized businesses over the Internet. Typically, you make a market for the software and provide first tier customer support, while we develop the software, and provide the infrastructure, ongoing enhancements and second tier support.

Allowing us to act as your technology partner, you can gain market share, broaden your customer base, and increase close ratios by offering a more diverse range of software and service offerings.

By engaging in a partnership, your organization can:
  • Shorten implementation, training and support time across multiple applications
  • Improve customer interaction and retention through a more dynamic user experience
  • Build more predictable, recurring revenue streams
  • Minimize business risk by providing greater data redundancy and security
Because we don't market directly to end-user customers, we eliminate the unfair competitive environment created with business partners. To further preserve your existing brand in the marketplace, we deliver our software through a private-label or white-label business model.

TWO WAYS TO PARTNER

HOSTED SOLUTION:
Under our more common software access agreement, both you and your customers gain desired access to appropriate applications within a secure hosting environment managed by our team. We take care of all necessary software, hardware and connectivity so your team can focus on gaining new customers and growing your business. For those organizations that do not have available resources to provide first tier support, alternative arrangements can be explored.

SOFTWARE LICENSE:
Given certain business expertise and/or transactional volume, a site license may be a preferred option. For instance, you may already have a managed services, co-location, or other cloud-based vendor relationship in place, and through a traditional site license, want to allow customers to access the software in a multi-tenant environment. We would remain responsible for developing software and providing necessary software updates, while your organization would manage the hosting environment where the software resides and provide configuration, training and support services to your customers.
